Charlie B Return Policy
Charlie B clothing embodies the perfect balance between comfort and fashion — but if there is an item that’s not exactly how you envisioned it, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date.
Please read all the info below before starting the process.
What Can I Return?
The items you want to return must be:
- In their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
- Purchased from charliebcollection.ca and not from other retailers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- "Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased at retail stores or third party websites. Charlie B merchandise purchased at independent boutiques must be returned to that retailer.
Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.
How Do I Return an Item?
Follow the steps below to initiate your online return:
- You must first contact us with your order number and reason for returning your items at firstname.lastname@example.org or via live chat.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) and the nearest address where you can return your order.
- Pack your return securely in the original package or any other package available. Make sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense, we do not provide a pre-paid return label. Please make sure to use a trusted carrier and ship your package with a tracking number. Charlie B is not responsible for lost packages.
Please note: Return packages that do not include a RA, or items returned to us outside of our policy will not be accepted.
How Will I Get Reimbursed?
Once we receive your return package at our warehouse, please allow 10-14 business days for us to inspect and process your return. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Upon processing your return, a Return Notification email will be sent to you to confirm that we have issued your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it can take 1-10 business days for your refund to appear on the original form of payment.
As we cannot guarantee item availability, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
If an item you have recently purchased has gone on sale or it’s price has been reduced we'd be happy to honour a one-time price adjustment under the following conditions:
- A price adjustment request must be made within 7 days of your order being placed
- The item in question is still available on our website in the same style and size purchased
If these conditions are met, please contact our customer support team with your order number and we will be happy to review your request.
Exclusion: Temporary promotions and promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
