Charlie B clothing embodies the perfect balance between comfort and fashion — but if there is an item that’s not exactly how you envisioned it, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date.

Please read all the info below before starting the process.

What Can I Return?

The items you want to return must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Please note:

  • Purchases made online can only be returned online within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • We do not accept returns on items purchased at retail stores or third party websites. Charlie B merchandise purchased at independent boutiques must be returned to that retailer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale

Sale items marked at 50% off or greater are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.

How Do I Return an Item? 

Follow the steps below for your online return:

  1. Please contact us at online@charliebcollection.com or via live chat with your order # and the reason for returning the item.
  2. Once your return has been created, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) and the address where you can return your order.
  3. Pack your return securely in the original package or any other package available. Make sure to indicate your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Return shipping is not prepaid, customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense. Please make sure to use a trusted carrier and ship your package with a tracking number. Charlie B is not responsible for lost packages.

How Will I Get Reimbursed?

Please allow 5-8 business days for your return to arrive to our warehouse. Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 7-14 business days. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. 

A Return Notification email will be sent to you to confirm that the return has been completed. Please allow 1-10 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

As we cannot guarantee item availability, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments, or price match other retailers. Temporary promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.
